As most of you know, MTaG adopted a family of black bears last month thanks to Nafadda, who generously donated her MTaG Contest prize money to the Defenders of Wildlife Adopt-a-Black Bear fund (http://wildlifeadoption.defenders.org/site/PageServer?pagename=adopt_g_blackbear) in our name.
Below is the official adoption certificate and a picture of our new friend. :)

A bear walks into a bar in Billings, Montana and sits down. He bangs on the bar with his paw and demands a beer.

LOL....I have a teddy bear in my bed. My BF thought that was pretty funny when he first saw it....actually he laughs whenever he sees it - mostly because I'm so not a girly-girl.
Also, I call my BF my "bruin", so I also have a real-life teddy bear...though he's not really bearlike at all. But yeah, I have a white polar bear as my teddy bear and I've become pretty attaching to having him around.

No thanks Nafadda...was just kidding around from the start..didn't expect anyone to take me seriously. I don't sleep with teddy bears...in fact I don't sleep with anyone/anything unless I happen to love them..hey, but that's just me...each to their own I guess...just keep me out of it. :rolleyes:

You should see how crowded this place is right now...and I'm still trying to figure out where I can put the silk things my BF brought back from Laos and Cambodia for me. He's given up on it happening anythime soon and has packed them away in his closet.

my husband doesn't seem to mind,it's part of what he loves about me:) and i guess it keeps me from having "issues"(or in some cases an entire subscription :cool: )...whatever works....

Haha!!!! I love that...."an entire subscription". Um, yeah, I've got some odd subscriptions of my own. Yep, sleeping with teddy bears is perfectly normal, IMO!
