missymissus 10-20-2006, 11:45 AM Stepson passed away late last night. He made the decision to reject treatment and he had his wife and his stepson with him for those last few minutes. At least he's not hurting anymore.
Hubby is trying to do the macho-man show-no-emotions thing, but he's hurting. I think he is glad that his baby isn't hurting anymore, even though he is obviously grieving.
I just wanted to let everyone know since so many of you have offered such great support and prayers since stepson was diagnosed back in April.

I'm glad that he had his nearest close to him at the end and that he knew that his family loved him. I'm also glad your husband has you with him during these times, I'm sure he appreciates it a lot more than he dares show.
