That was this morning, he waved at us to start things off :) I am a week further along than we thought.
We don't know the sex yet, but I prefer to say he than it. We heard the heart beat, amnio in December though so we will be finding out the sex (Yee Haw!!)

Malani 11-14-2006, 09:03 AM Thanks everyone, I was so happy my daughter and husband were both able to be there. We saw his feet later on in the process. Its so amazing he's only like a quarter of a pound but already completely formed. Heartbeat was 147, but man, he didn't stop moving the whole time.

I was almost 3 months old before I had an actual NAME.
Seriously my parents were convinced that I was going to be a boy (cause they didn't do ultrasound in those days) and painted up my room in Green and yellow (which are VERY 70s colors!, but kinda gender nutral I guess).
And had my name all picked out.
I was SUPPOSED to be Joseph Gabriel.
I do thank God every day they didn't name me Josephine! (a year later my brother Joey did come along)

Malani 11-21-2006, 05:10 PM Today was my next doctor's appointment. All $1700 worth of blood tests came back normal :) Everything seems to be fine, heartbeat was 144, now we have an amnio Dec 7 and level 2 ultrasound Dec 21. After those are done hopefully it will be "normal", meaning no more extra tests because I am 38.
I gained 2 pounds over the past month, which I was convinced was going to be 10, so that made me :) too.
