Which way the toilet paper goes on the roll. (I prefer not on the roll myself)

Toilet seat up or down. How about the whole lid is down then both sexes have to do something.

Oh man...I'm horrible at changing the toilet paper roll...LOL...I'll leave just a little tiny bit of paper left on it so I don't have to change it...totally pisses Alec off. *grin*

But I agree...seat down...toilet paper over.

Alec's really good at leaving the seat down though...I've only found it up maybe once. Of course...I got him already trained...so it's all good. *grin*

Here's ~phossy's rules of thumb when it comes to bathroom etiquette.

Guys, leave it up. It proves to me you PUT it up and I don't have to inspect the damn thing for pee splatters. :eek: You do half the work by puttin' it up and I'll do half the work in puttin' it back down for me. But, at least I know you DID if it's up. Capiche?

Also, its best that its up, cuz the cats prefer toilet water anyway and I hate nasty kitty paw prints on the seat.

As for the roll, IF you're gonna bother putting it on, put in on OVER. But, I'd rather you didn't put it on the roll, since that means ~ in my house ~ I gotta reach behind me to grab it. :eek: Screw that. Put it on the window sill ledge, but just make sure there IS paper there and throw out the empty roll if ya use the last of it.

The only person in my house who puts the TP on the roller is my 5 year old daughter and she always puts it on OVER so it doesn't drag on the floor. ;) Good girl. But, with 2 men, 2 kids and me in the house, we go through a roll a day and its pointless to bother. Just stick it on the window sill (which is perfect for men or women, reach to the SIDE) and its all good.

Ummm, hon. Not possible. Ya saw that wainscoting in the bathroom? Yeah... problematic, cuz it ain't behind the current holder. :eek: I don't need to make another damn major renovation project over a STUPID little thing like a toilet paper holder. The window sill works GREAT. And who wants to change the roll EVERY freakin' day?

I'm VERY toilet paper picky! LOL. Can't stand Scott tissues, cuz that's like rubbin' sandpaper on your butt. Can't stand Charmin for the weird residue and nasty moisturizer ickness.

ROFLAO. I have to "pat" with that stuff, but it's not like I go places with a big ole roll of Cottonelle in my purse or anything... *rubs chin, considers it* Nah... just too cumbersome. :D
