There once was a woman named Chiky,
Whose ex-boyfriend was a real dicky,
So she got real picky,

But then she met ~Elan~ who made her knees shaky.

Your not a good liar, if you speak fluent German then why haven't you been to Germany? So I pick number 2 as the lie.:)

It's really hard to pronounce!!! Most people call it Llanfair PG, and the town (of like 12 people) pride's itself on having the longest place name in the world!!!

It's Welsh, obviosuly and it means "St Mary's church in the hollow of the white hazel near to the rapid whirlpool and the church of St Tysilio of the red cave"

It's a nice little town on the island of Anglesey in Northern Wales!!

Did I miss the answer to the truth and lie question?

Now as far as this guy....don't worry or panic because you haven't heard from him since Saturday. Men and women have different frames of reference when it comes to time. For us it drags when we want something to happen and for men it speeds up. In the male mind, a week is no amount of time at all.

Believe me. I've seen this happen over and over. I'll be stressing out over not hearing from someone and they don't have a clue that a bunch of time has passed by.

It's just one of those Mars/Venus differences. And speaking of Mars/Venus....Mars and Venus On A Date is a good book to read to see the differences between men and women in the dating stages. It was recommended to me by a good friend (and you know who you are.... :D) and when I read it, it did give me some perspective. It still didn't make it any easier but at least it was more understandable.

When I made the original post I knew I spelt Italian wrong. I kept looking at it and drew a blank. It is a pet peeve of mine... ugh, I can't even blame lack of sleep.

Anyway, I also have a liking for Italian opera. I don't think I have ever heard German opera though.... hmmm.

i picked up a little Italian when I was in Italy...
Duve el Bano is particularlry important...

my motto should be "Study history and travel the world!!"
MOST of my exploits have been gifts from the fine tax payers in the state of California!!!
I don't go on vacation... I go on "RESEARCH" for several trips I've gotten grants from my University and other organizations. There were a couple of scholarships I've won that have paid for some of it and loans for the rest!

AND since it's all "work related" all of it is a tax write off!!!!

I have been playing violin since I was about 9 years old, and have played with the San Fernando Symphony Orchestra and the LA Jewish Symphony.

I have taken SEVERAL classes at the University of Judiaism here in Los Angeles.

The LIE...

while I have studied German since I was 12, I am by NO MEANS fluent!!! And have not yet traveled to Germany to test it!!
