WHAT is wrong with me.

Okay so no I havent seen a doctor and I guess thats my next step.

I am on the pill.

I never got my period last month. At all.

I am due again today.

So I havent had a period in 2 months.

I took 2 pregnancy tests. Both negative.

I have missed periods on the pill before AND gotten multiple periods in the same month.

Why do my eggs hate me?

Skibunny, my guess would be lack of sleep! Girl, you get less sleep than I do, which I thought was impossible. That would be enough to mess up your body.

I just started on the pill a month ago and my body seems whacked too. I've been spotting on and off, and now that I'm supposed to get my period, there's nothing happening, just same ol spotting. Ugh....I HATE the pill. Heh, but at least the acne is going away.

But, yeah, I'd go to the doctor to see what's going on.

you don't ovulate on the pill do you? at least you didn't when i took it before all of you were born....

how long have you been on the pill? is it the same one all this time?

might be time to switch up.

Nessa, no you still don't normally ovulate while on the pill - it's possible but not typical.

I've been on the pill since June 04 and it's been the same one the whole time.

Your eggs don't hate you - but they might hate the pill. ;)

But I don't get it. :confused: So are you worried because you haven't gotten your period?

With one pill I took I never got a period. Very rarely I spotted, but that was it. I think (but not sure) that pill was Orthocept.

That is a little strange cuz the pill regulates most people so talking to a doc is prolly not a bad idea.

Last month I took Emergency Contreception and was a week late, but it was real light, mostly spotting. This month, it's made up for last month in spades! Bleeding like a stuck pig for 6 days! (usually i bleed for 2)
Had to change my sheets 3 mornings in a row!!!! (if it doesn't stop by tomorrow I'm seeing the doctor!)

my pill is avien (avian?)

I'm worrie djust cuz my body is so irregular... and yes, i think sleep could be a factor.

my body was always irregular.

then i nursed both kids and i went over 18 months without a period after the younger son was born it was heaven.

I did not get REGULAR.... until i entered peri-menopause.

then i got REGULAR and HEAVY. July 15, 2004 (funny how i remember) I had an endometrial ablation and have not had a period since.

I still ovulate and get PMS but no bleeding... it's fabulous.

the point is that I was never regular either....

HA MENOPAUSE is the easy part. It's the PERIMenopause that will kill you.


they don't tell you that your periods often get HeAVIER and more frequent and longer...

Oh SkyBunny but did you go to the doctor? perhaps the pill is affecting your organism in some way, you should go just to be sure everything is ok.
