That is so, so true.

I was just thinking to myself the other day--who else has access to our brains 24/7 other than US? So we can either be feeding ourselves POSITIVE thoughts for all that time, or NEGATIVE thoughts.

I think we should be nice and feed ourselves only positive thoughts, as hard as that is to do sometimes. :)

I've read lots of books on the power of thought, Em. It's all true. I've seen it refected in my own life over and over and over. We create our own reality....
