Some Mornings are worse than others

every morning is horrible... sort of like ground hogs day....

but here's my tale of woe from this morning:

and for those that dont' know I love my husband madly and I KNEW he was like this when we moved in and I KNEW for the most part i'd have to be the grown up...

i'm just venting.... hey Fossy can I say that dirty word here?

arrrghhh I HATE mornings....

it started last night.

we live in a townhouse and my neighbor on ONE side is a butthead about my dogs. they were walked early and watered (well given ice) and i tried to settle them. NO GO not for bagel last night... so at midnight (about 2 hrs past settlement) he starts WOOF....

I move the sonic sounder and no go he still is WOOF.... it's a friendly woof it's a I"m lonely I"m bored i want to move and sleep on my couch kind of WOOF but when 110 pounds of dog WOOFS the neighbors hear it and complain. IF we lived in a single family home i"d let him woof.... (no dog training lectures please he has me well trained)

so i went downstairs and I Keep a pillow and blanket on the couch I let him out and I went to sleep... ( I have to have sleep so this is the compromise we make)

he settles on his couch hannah settles on her chair i'm on my couch.

the timer is set to wake me in time to get brian up.

2:30 am brian comes down the steps... I KNOW something is wrong as he NEVER comes down just because...

yep somethings wrong... he peed the bed... (yes my husband has a problem.... it's due to his weight....)

so i go upstairs I strip off the sheet and the protective cover and run down two flights of steps to the basement to put them in the washer...

rut roh we have no clean sheets....

so we lay down and go back to sleep....

5 am comes my alarm goes off... i get up barely.... i make coffee... i go to wake brian who is in a BAD mood.... (well you know what buddy SO THE FUCK am I)

he grumbles he acts like a child... he yells I yell back.... at least he didn't throw stuff this morning... sometimes he is such a jerk....

by the time he left he was contrite and apologetic... i can not get him to see just how insane and stressful mornings with him are.

then girl child who has to annouce EVERYTHING informs me... you guys woke me up this morning...

YEAH SO?

nothing just saying OH FINE I'll SHUT UP

GOOD you do that....

i get to work my back still hurts and i have to go right to a meeting

just arrrgghhhhhhh

LOL!!!!

When I lie on my side, my cat Smoky likes to "comb" my hair with his claws to wake me up, so I can roll over and lie on my back, so he can lay on me...its freakin annoying!!!

well she's blonde
she likes to lick things
she's housebroken
she's sweet
she's company for bagel the big dog

and because she has brain damage and seizures and we resuced her from an abusive life when she was 9 weeks old... therefore if she needs to curl up on my head to feel safe... so be it.

Ugh...Sofie dog barks in her doggie dreams. Doggie dream barks are usually wimpery and hesistant, so to me its easily confused with "I'm scared or confused but, there's something very wrong" I always get up to check on her and she's always just in a half comatose sleep. Even if she's barking you gotta shake her a couple times to wake her up. Very annoying at 2 AM!
