Advice from Mayor Rudy

Excerpt from Rudy Giuliani's book LEADERSHIP...

1. Surround yourself with great people.
2. Have beliefs and communicate them.
3. See things for yourself.
4. Set an example.
5. Stand up to bullies.
6. Deal with first things first.
7. Loyalty is the vital virtue.
8. Prepare relentlessly.
9. Underpromise and overdeliver.
10. Don't assume a damn thing.
11. Start small with success.
12. Always sweat the small stuff.

This is all simple, seemingly obvious stuff, yet I always forget!

I personally have had great success with #9. That seems to be a real people pleaser.

Aren't those nice?? :D My Mom always made it a point, growing up, to remind me I was born on the same day. :eek: Go figure... I went into art. Tho, a lot of my sculptures were of BOOBS. ROFLAO. Someday, I'll scan some in and laugh at myself. It's been a while since I've had time to do anything in sculpture... BOOBS! *looks down... smiles... YAY*
